  • You grant Pixillium permission to contact you via the contact information provided regarding your project submission, including for clarifications, proposals, and updates.
  • You understand that while Pixillium takes reasonable measures to maintain the confidentiality of your submissions, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet. You acknowledge the inherent risks associated with online communication.
  • You agree that the project details submitted may be used by Pixillium to evaluate the feasibility of the project, understand your requirements, and prepare a customized proposal for you.
  • For security and resource allocation reasons, an advance payment of 40% of the total project budget or agreed-upon price will be required before Pixillium commences work on the project.
  • In the event that your project is declined by Pixillium after submission and the advance payment has been made, a refund of the advance payment may be issued if the decline is due to reasons solely attributable to Pixillium within 5 days of the decline notification. Refund decisions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering the nature of the submission and any preliminary work undertaken by Pixillium. Pixillium reserves the right to withhold a portion of the advance payment to cover reasonable costs incurred during the initial assessment.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The content displayed on our Website is protected by international copyright lawsand other intellectual property rights.
